To register and use ag365, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ag365 is strictly a platform for adults aged 21 and above. Any registration or use by a person under 21 years of age is a serious violation of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. False information will result in account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any responsible gaming database or program active in your jurisdiction, and you must not have any prior account suspensions or bans on ag365 due to fraud or policy violations.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ag365 or any affiliated company. Employees and affiliates are strictly prohibited from placing real-money bets on the platform.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on ag365. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of any funds held within them. ag365 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account that is found to be in violation of these registration requirements, with or without advance notice to the account holder.

ag365 supports a range of local and international payment methods to make depositing and withdrawing funds as seamless as possible for players across Bangladesh. All financial transactions are processed with SSL encryption to ensure maximum security. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed clearly within the ag365 platform. Current minimum deposit is ৳200 and minimum withdrawal is ৳500. These limits are subject to change at ag365's discretion.

ag365 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions linked to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordination with other players to deliberately influence the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament on ag365.
• Attempting to launder money, finance terrorism, or use ag365's payment infrastructure for any transaction that violates applicable Bangladeshi or international law. ag365 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward financial crime.
• Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other ag365 players, or sharing your own account credentials with any third party. Account sharing and unauthorized access are grounds for immediate permanent termination.
• Publishing, distributing, or reproducing any content from the ag365 platform — including game graphics, odds data, promotional materials, or software code — without the express prior written consent of ag365.

ag365 reserves the right to report any suspected criminal activity to the appropriate Bangladeshi law enforcement authorities. Players found to have engaged in prohibited activities will be permanently banned from ag365 and will forfeit all funds in their accounts at the time of detection.

All content on the ag365 platform — including but not limited to the ag365 brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ag365 or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or exploit any part of the ag365 platform or its content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of ag365. Unauthorized use of ag365 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.
